Register your student athlete now using BIG TEAMS Student Central.  We are asking all families and students that participated in the fall season along with anyone that will be joining a winter or spring sport to sign in and complete all forms.  Fall athletes need to sign and submit the recertification form to register for a winter or spring sport.

Steps to register:

• Create your parent and student account.
  • If already created, be sure to link parent and student accounts.
• Input Emergency Contact and complete all forms and athletic forms.
  • This includes Code of Conduct and St. Luke's forms.
• Second sport athletes complete PIAA Section 7: Recertification. You do not need to receive another physical.
• First sport athletes download PIAA Physical Form Section 6
  • You will then upload after you have received your physical.
• First sport athletes sign up for St. Luke's free physical
  • October 22, 2024 @ Blue Mountain High School
  • November 2, 2024 @ Geisinger St. Luke's
