Register your student athlete now for the 2025 SPRING season using BIG TEAMS Student Central.  

Steps to register:

• Create your parent and student account.
  • If already created, be sure to link parent and student accounts.
• Input Emergency Contact and complete all forms and athletic forms.
  • This includes Code of Conduct and St. Luke's forms.
• Second sport athletes complete PIAA Section 7: Recertification. You do not need to receive another physical.
• First sport athletes download PIAA Physical Form Section 6
  • You will then upload after you have received your physical.
